How I Store My Sample Art Projects

Storing art project samples is SUPER important. It’s important because it saves you time by not having to make the art project every time you start a project. I have projects from years ago, that I still use and are in fantastic shape because I make sure to store them safely. I recently got some new portfolios that I absolutely love. They are super spacious, have a zipper and handles, and were very well priced. I will include the link down at the bottom :)

TIPS:

I find it’s very helpful to put one grade level in each portfolio. I organize them by grade levels so it is easier to find the project you are looking for.

I label each portfolio with a piece of different colored duct tape. It’s bright and easy to see.

I prefer the vinyl portfolios because it protects the artwork better than the paper portfolios because they are waterproof.

You can also keep a list of the projects that are in the portfolio, to make finding the samples a little faster, and easier.
